General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the order apply exclusively to the business relationship between PILASTAR (hereinafter "SELLER") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer").
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy now" or "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately after submission via an automatically generated email, along with the acceptance of the order.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
