Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do PILASTAR sizes run?
Our PILASTAR pieces are designed to be close-fitting and comfortably adapt to your body. For the typical sculpt fit, we recommend your usual size. If you are between two sizes and prefer a slightly more relaxed fit, we recommend going up a size.
What size is right for me?
Refer to your regular activewear size and our size chart. Our pieces are designed for a close-fitting, supportive fit. If you are between two sizes, choose according to your desired wearing sensation: the smaller size for a stronger sculpt effect, the larger size for a little more comfort.
Are the PILASTAR leggings opaque and squat-proof?
Our Sculpt Leggings are made from a high-quality, elastic material and designed for Pilates, workouts, and your everyday life. The fabric offers high coverage and moves with your body.
What support do PILASTAR Sports Bras offer?
Our Sculpt Bras were designed for Pilates and other low to medium impact activities. The close-fitting cut ensures a comfortable, supportive feel without restricting your freedom of movement.
What materials is PILASTAR Activewear made of?
Our Sculpt Pieces are made from 78% nylon and 22% spandex. This material combination ensures a soft, elastic, and body-hugging fit, supporting you in every movement – from the reformer to your everyday life.
How do I properly wash and care for my PILASTAR products?
To ensure your PILASTAR pieces retain their shape and feel for as long as possible, we recommend gentle care: wash at a maximum of 30 °C, wash inside out, wash with similar colors, and do not use fabric softener. Do not bleach and air dry if possible instead of using a tumble dryer.
How do shipping, returns, and exchanges work?
We ship within the EU. The estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days. If a piece doesn't fit you, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt according to our return policy.
